Levissima
Oligomineral Water
Levissima is a natural mineral water bottled at Cepina in the Valtellina valley, Sondrio province, Lombardy, in the Italian Alps. The source is located on the western edge of Stelvio National Park, drawing on Alpine snowmelt filtered through high-altitude crystalline rock. The brand is part of the Sanpellegrino Group, which is owned by Nestlé Waters.

Mineral character
Levissima is classified as an oligomineral water. Calcium is 21 mg/L, magnesium 1 mg/L, sodium 1 mg/L, sulphate 16 mg/L, chloride 0 mg/L, and bicarbonate 57 mg/L. Hardness is 57 mg/L as CaCO₃. The defining characteristics are exceptionally low sodium and magnesium — both at 1 mg/L — combined with near-zero chloride. Sulphate at 16 mg/L is the most notable minor ion. The overall profile reflects very soft Alpine conditions with minimal geological contact time.
