Mineral character

Ferrarelle is heavily mineralised for a naturally sparkling water. Calcium is 362 mg/L, magnesium 18 mg/L, sodium 49 mg/L, sulphate 6 mg/L, chloride 21 mg/L, and bicarbonate 1,372 mg/L. Hardness is 978 mg/L as CaCO₃ and TDS is approximately 1,270 mg/L. The notes field records potassium at 43 mg/L and silica at 81 mg/L, neither of which is captured in the standard six-ion profile. Bicarbonate and calcium are both exceptionally high, consistent with volcanic carbonic acid dissolving limestone along the filtration path.
