Cristaline

StillFrance

Cristaline is a spring water brand operated by Sources ALMA, a French company with bottling facilities at more than 20 regional sources across France. Rather than drawing from a single named spring, Cristaline draws from certified sources in different regions, each bottled locally to minimise distribution distance. Founded in 1992, Cristaline is the top-selling bottled water brand in France by volume. Because the product is multi-source, the mineral profile varies by bottling location; the figures in the TWD database represent a typical sample.

Mineral character

The representative profile shows calcium 44 mg/L, magnesium 24 mg/L, sodium 23 mg/L, sulphate 3 mg/L, chloride 5 mg/L, and bicarbonate 287 mg/L. Hardness is 209 mg/L as CaCO₃. The very low sulphate and chloride are characteristic of French spring waters from lightly mineralised terrain. Because composition is source-dependent, values on Cristaline labels may differ from these figures.
